Most of Rachael's clients choose 1-1/2 or 2 hour sessions, since the most effective healing takes place after about 45 minutes. Her longer sessions and her package deals have a price incentive. Preventative maintenance is vitally important to keeping a healthy system. Rachael, herself, gets at least one massage a week.
